- Not using a car to break the law such as carrying drugs, criminals, fugitives, terrorists and so on.
- If an accident occurs, will not sue about insurance.
- Not allowed to drive a rental car outside the island of Bali.
- At the time of returning the car, the physical condition of the vehicle and all its facilities are the same as the initial usage position and the minimum fuel is the same as the initial usage position. And also if it is not suitable then the responsibility is borne by the tenant.
- It is forbidden to use a car for online motorcycle taxis, courier services and the like. Rental cars are also strictly prohibited from being rented out to other parties. If found out, this agreement has the right to be canceled unilaterally by the lessor.
- If we consider the data that you provide to be less detailed or less convincing, then we reserve the right to refuse your request to rent a car in Bali.
Process and Method of Payment
- A minimum fee of IDR 50,000 will be charged for delivery and pick-up of the car, depending on the distance to the delivery location
- Payment and settlement at the time of handing over the vehicle.
- If the car is returned over time, the overtime fee is 10% of the car rental price, Late returns will be subject to a fine according to the time
